How a Custom Order is Done through Bronson Hill Art
Let me start by saying "thank you" for contacting Bronson Hill Art!
Please keep in mind, that any custom product that we make at Bronson Hill Art, is exactly that: custom. It is not a digital program done with generic images. Even if it is done “digitally” or has a clip art background, it is still detailed by hand. We do not use apps to create an artistic image. This process should be taken into consideration when ordering so as to allow an appropriate amount of time to complete a project.

We do not deal in NFTs of any kind nor can we accept personal checks. All payments are only taken through PayPal in the form of credit card or a PayPal account.
In order to create a personalized piece, we will need details of what you’re looking for us to incorporate. At times a number of reference photos may by needed. Trial & error is both time consuming and prone to unneeded miscommunication. If initial contact is made through any social media, all follow-up will be conducted through the website and email shown on this page. Communication through social media is often unreliable, and, unfortunately, prone to bots and scams. Contact us here.
Once the details are sorted, a timeline and price will be determined and a binding agreement drawn between parties. A non-refundable 50% deposit, invoiced through PayPal, will be required in advance. Shipping of a physical item will be included in the final price. Digital downloads will be an option for most pieces also.
We are very happy to work with you along the way. Thumbnails will be shared, feedback appreciated. Self-printing options will be suggested as well. Success and satisfaction is our goal!
